All content, prices and calculator results are provided for general information. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or religious advice, and are not an offer to buy or sell gold or any financial product. Make your own enquiries and, where appropriate, take professional advice before acting.
2. Prices and calculations
Live prices come from third-party market data (TradingView) and are converted with the fixed factors described on the methodology page. They are indicative international or duty-inclusive equivalents and may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. They do not include local premiums, taxes, making charges or dealer margins. Calculator results depend entirely on the figures you enter. Always confirm the price with the seller or buyer before a transaction. See the disclaimer.
3. Third-party content
Widgets and data from TradingView are provided under TradingView's own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or content, or for external sites we link to.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal and non-commercial use. You may not scrape or copy the site in bulk, republish our articles as your own, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
Text, tables and site design are owned by TodayGoldRate unless stated otherwise. Short quotations with a link to the source page are welcome. Market data belongs to its providers.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TodayGoldRate is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of, or reliance on, the site, its prices or its calculators, including trading or purchase decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
